Vehicle History: This vehicle was a very early example. Built in late 1988 and then used (with a fibreglass shell on top!) for all sorts of testing including wet, dry, hot, cold, submerged in water and more latterly in Camel Training. The C prefix plate was used to disguise the car whilst t was out on test on local roads.
